We offer special programs for students and educators

Anvesh Singh Thapa (Founder/Director) and Ing-Marie Putka (Communications) are committed experiential educators. Combined, we have over 20 years of experience in outdoor and cross-cultural education. We have worked with the NOLS, Where There Be Dragons, the American Embassy School, American International School Chennai and more, as guides, instructors and teachers in India, Nepal and the USA.

We specialise in working with groups of both Indian and international students (14 -25 years old) and excel in teaching river skills and facilitating cross-cultural learning. We are eager to work with teachers to craft the educational experience that they envision for their groups.

We currently offer the educational multi-day river trips for student groups, in which we work with teachers to craft the perfect river trip for your student group! We offer interactive lessons on topics as diverse as backcountry skills and expedition behaviour to river hydraulics and hydropower. Students can also actively involve themselves in camp chores, including setting up tents, prepping meals, or digging toilet pits.
