TRIP DETAILS: KAYAK SESSION INTERMEDIATE

REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

• Must be 14 years old or above

• Must not suffer from any medical or physical condition that prohibits the participant from partaking in physical exercise

ITINERARY

If you have a bomb-proof Combat Roll and are comfortable in Class 3 whitewater, you are ready for our intermediate kayak sessions. We will work with you to guide you through your first class 4 whitewater experience on the Ganga, and provide more fine-tuned details about how to improve your kayaking technique. We offer intermediate courses by the day, according to your preference. Each day offers 6 hours of expert instruction from one of our team members (three hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon). Lessons will be held on the Ganga at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

Cost includes: Cost includes all kayaking equipment (kayak, life jacket, helmet, paddle, and spray deck), fruit and snacks, and transportation. Cost does not include lodging.

Cost excludes: Airfare/train/surface, sleeping bags, expenses of personal nature (sodas, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, laundry, etc.) insurance (we strongly recommend you purchase the supplementary trip insurance which includes trip cancellation insurance), etc. Cost also excludes any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, road conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control. Airfare is not included in the land cost of our trips. For air reservations, we recommend you contact the airlines directly, either by phone or the Internet. Please check with our staff before purchasing or obtaining your tickets. We need to verify your arrival and departure schedule and ensure we have enough participants to operate the trip.
